Too see all entries just select the Search within radio button and hit the See It button below:

Search in: Subject Subject Sort ascending on first field   Exact Match Search Within

Suppose you only wish to see selected entries. All those concerning lets say Bars but you don't remember the exact name. Here's what to do:
Select the Search Within button above. Then indicate Bars in the text box. Hit See It.
Now all entries about Bars will appear. Be they downtown bars; The hotel lobby bar; Carlos and Charley's Bar.
If you know the exact name of the subject, then do this:
Select the Exact Match radio button above.
Enter the exact subject name respecting capital and lower case letters (insure the Cap Lock key of your PC is off). Then hit the See It button below. You will see only the corresponding entries.
