This particular theme night which I attended featured not only a great Mexican show which we will soon see, but a superb Mexican buffet with my favorite tamales. And what amazed me was all these great dishes were supervised by the new chef Michel brought in from France yet Michel demonstrated he excels at Mexican cuisine as well. C'est au bout Michel. You know we don't have to wait for theme night to have fun.
