Unsolicited message from someone like yourself who rented a vehicle with us for 18 days:

We want to bring  your employee Gabriel to your attention as a true ambassador for your company and country. We were promptly met upon arrival with a sign displaying our names. We had been warned to look the car over with super care for existing problems but found that Gabriel himself pointed out things we missed and made sure they were written down. We began almost immediatly to sense that we could trust him and the company. Then, when we were at our rental at Solomon Bay, an hour and a half from Cancun we lost our car key. Gabriel was easily contacted and came immediatly with the intention of charging us only gas and key cost. When my husband gave him a generous tip he returned to our house thinking we had overpayed him and he owed us change. He was unfailingly polite and at the airport 10 - 15 minutes early the day of our departure. I have posted our satisfaction on the board where we heard of your company but wanted you to know how special we think Gabriel is. We are happy travelers and will pass the word.
