Reservation guaranted by credit card. Refund of deposit less $25 fee for full or partial cancellation with 14 days notice prior to arrival. Early departure falls into this cancellation policy. Check-in 2PM to 8PM. Check-out 11AM

THE MASTHEAD Mimimum three nights billed card or full stay for less than three night reservations. 50% deposit on reservations 6 or more nights. With two weeks notice deposit refunded less 20% fee. The following cottages 41A, 39, and 35 have a no cancellation policy so deposits are not refunded. This also applies to holidays or multiple reservations. Check-in 4PM. Check-out noon for rooms and 11AM for all cottages.

THE WAUWINET All reservations are fully charged your card. Cancellation charges apply in the event of any cancellation.

THE CAPTAIN'S HOUSE INN All deposits apply to the last night of the stay. Reservations for less than two nights require full payment.   Deposits refunded if two weeks notice provided less twenty-dollar processing fee. Deposits foreited if you arrive after agreed-upon arrival date or depart prior to the final day of the reservation.
Minimum stay of three nights July through September.

LS MAISON CAPPELLARI Prepayment for one night reservations. Two or more nights 10% deposit. From May thru October two night minimum stay as well as weekends. With 14 days notice deposit refunded less $25 in costs. Check-in 3PM to 7PM. Check-out 11AM.
