Every thing was great. The location was the best. It was so easy to get every where from the hotel. My husband was able to walk next door to his conference at the Marriott and we were able to save a fortune on hotel, otherwise the kids would not have been able to come along. The hotel is nice and quiet so it's easy to get a good night's sleep. The staff is always helpful with answers and to make arrangements for whatever we needed. My family would have like to have WiFi access so they can check emails and my husband could do a bit of paper work. You could get access at the Starbuck, but they cut you off after 20 minutes. Other than that we had a wonderful trip. We rented a car to go up to Aracebo and drove around the island. It's a beautiful place.

PS: There was a young couple on the street our first night there, they had booked their hotel on Expedia, but the hotel didn't have any record of the reservation. They spent half the night on beach trying to get through to Expedia, we told them next time, call Cancun Steve first!
